Memberships at Ignited Force are set to automatically renew after the initial sign-up period. To cancel your membership, simply provide us with a 30-day notice before the contract's end date. If you wish to discontinue your membership after the sign-up period, please contact us directly, and we'll assist you in the cancellation process. We're here to support you in managing your membership according to your needs and fitness journey.

We kindly suggest that individuals be at least 15 years old before joining our classes or personal training sessions.

With different membership types, you will have the opportunity to experience our exciting classes. Additionally, we offer the services of highly skilled personal trainers at a budget-friendly price.

Sharing your membership is strictly prohibited. Any instance of sharing your membership may lead to the forfeiture of your membership privileges.

The cost for a guest pass or drop-in session is $15 per day. Purchase your guest pass here.

If you update your credit card information without requesting to cancel your membership, an outstanding balance will continue to accumulate on your account. If left unresolved for a certain period, your membership may be forwarded to a collections agency.

ARRIVAL AND TIMELINESS

We highly recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. This allows you ample time to store your belongings, socialize with fellow participants, use the restroom, and make any necessary preparations before the class begins.

We understand that traffic in Baton Rouge can sometimes cause delays. If you're only a few minutes late, feel free to join the warm-up. However, if you've missed the warm-up entirely, we kindly suggest considering the next class or speaking with the coach to explore modifications for the workout, ensuring you still have a productive and satisfying session.

It's recommended to arrive a few minutes early for personal training sessions to ensure you have enough time to discuss your goals and prepare for the session. Arriving early allows for a smooth transition and ensures you make the most of your scheduled training time.

IGNITED FORCE CLASSES. WHAT TO EXPECT?

To attend our classes, it is necessary to reserve your spot in advance. To register for classes, simply log into your customer portal and reserve your classes!

During each class, a dedicated coach will lead you through the entire session, providing guidance and support. The class will follow a structured format, beginning with a warm-up followed by a specific warm-up tailored to the workout. The coach will then demonstrate the exercises and offer modifications as needed. The main workout will follow, designed to challenge and engage you. All of this will be accomplished within the hour-long class.

If your goals include gaining strength, improving movement abilities, and enhancing your overall quality of life, then absolutely! This fitness experience is perfect for you.

We extend a warm welcome to everyone, and we offer the opportunity for anyone to try their first class at no cost.

Our community is diverse, inclusive, supportive, and filled with fun-loving individuals. People from all walks of life participate in our program. We are here to support anyone who wants to enhance their life.

You don't need anything fancy to participate. Opt for comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and facilitates sweating. For footwear, trainers are recommended as they provide stability and support.

Proper gym attire is required to use our equipment. This means no heels, open-toed shoes, or backless shoes, among other dress code considerations.

We suggest aiming for a minimum of 3-4 workouts per week, with rest days incorporated into your routine. Feel free to head over to the Ignited Force App and reserve your next class now!

• A fee will be applied for late cancellations if you cancel a reservation within 2 hours of the class start time.
• Additionally, a fee will be charged for no-shows if you miss a reservation without canceling.
• The details of these fees will be visible in your member portal after the reservation is made.
